    I lost a pound, thankfully. I'm happy. I discovered looking at hollisters website (clothes I can't fit in) helps. It makes me want to lose the weight fast, because they have such cute small clothes. I have work today so I'll update with thinspo later. It'll be a big update. Oh & I can't wait for tonight's 16 and pregnant. It looks so good.

    I had my "seventh" day yesterday.

    So I did end up staying at my bffs again. I had a subway flat bread chicken bacon ranch :(! I can't believe I ate that. I feel like I ruined my whole diet. Ugh everything is so stressful right now. I'm trying hard not to completely ruin all the weight I've lost. I didn't weigh myself today because I drank water and ate a banana before I weighed myself. & I really want it to be very accurate. Even though I probably gained weight.

    I have work tomorrow so I think I'll be staying home tonight. I need to go work out on my stability ball. I'm just sad, because of what I ate yesterday. I need some advice on what to eat when I'm at a friends house. I try to find healthy stuff but it's hard.

    Yay I lost another pound. I thought for sure I would've gained weight from last night. I spent the night at my bffs house, and ate too much. Artichoke and spinach dip then some chicken :( but I'm happy now. Hopefully I can stay home tonight and get back on track. As soon as I woke up this morning I knew that the stabiltly ball is working. My abs hurt so much, but atleast I know it's working! I'll update later.

    I've been on a diet for a week now. I lost 5 pounds so I'm very proud of myself. I'm just hoping I can keep it up. I'm trying to do this the healthy way. A lot of fruits, tuna, eggs, and pickles is usually what I eat. I just try to keep my calorie count really low. I've been using livestrong.com 's daily plate. It REALLY helps. It counts your calories for you & subtracts your exercise. I love it.


    Being on this diet makes me want to spend every minute at home, so I can control everything I eat. It's putting a strain on my friendships. I feel like I'm losing a lot of my friends, but I don't know if it's worth it. I know I'll feel better when I start losing more weight. I'm just trying to stay happy.


    I got an exercise ball yesterday. I'm not sure if I'm doing the exercises right though. I wish I could work out more. I'm just scared to go to the gym by myself. My friend that I go with only wants to go at night and that's only sometimes.
